Wendy’s - Terrible customer service experience

I was at your Langley location with my husband and my daughter today and I don't usually do this kind of thing, but I had a terrible experience with one of your employees there. I ordered a taco salad (I specifically asked for "a (singular) taco salad.") She gave me two so my husband told her I had only asked for one salad and she said "no she asked for two." No apology for getting our order wrong. Nothing. She also made no effort to correct her mistake just muttered sorry. So my husband was forced to pay for an extra salad we never ordered. We sat down to eat, and I being a vegetarian didn't know what to do with the chilis so I put them on the side of the trash can not knowing how to dispose of them properly. The lady came by our table and said demandingly "so you're not going to eat these?" I told her no because I was a vegetarian. She gave me a dirty look and left. I was left really upset by my experience, which is too bad because my family comes there often. I think you might want to better train your employees to repeat back to the customer clearly what they think they ordered so this doesn't happen in the future. I did not deserve to be treated as rudely and contemptibly as I was, and I would like a reassurance that things will be different in the chance that we come there again. I am not a believer that the customer is always right, but in this instance, I was and there was nothing done to amend the situation. I am not looking for a refund or an apology, just please make sure your employees understand the basic principles of how to treat a paying customer. Thank you!
