The onions are usually bad, but last weeks' onions were terrible. 99 percent of the onions were so rotten that they could not be eaten. But when I told this to the manager, all she said was that the reason the onions were cheap was because they were in bad condition. But even if some food is cheap it doesn't mean that it shouldn't be unedible.
I want good, clean onions for a fair price.
