I’ve already submitted a complaint. It has not been handled to any satisfaction. Why do you put your company name on a pamphlet indicating support for the additional Protection Plan on appliances, that to me is a scammer. It is apparent by your response to my complaint you are not willing to assist your customers when they run into a problem with their appliances through this plan. A plan once again I state has your name advertised on it. I want a full refund of the $799.99 we paid to this useless fraudulent company. Why would you even consider dealing with a company like this..when it’s obvious after reading reviews of Comerco they do not measure up to what they promote. Rona deserves to lose loyal customers, and sink into a hole..when customer complaints are dealt with in such a yo-yo..pass the buck fashion.
