Canadian Tire

I purchased a mastercraft table saw which was a defect product. The roving blade did not align. The customer service staff refused to give me a refund. The product was only a few days old. They offered an exchange or in store credit only. The customer service staff were also extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager was also very rude and showed no empathy at all. I will not recommend anyone to buy this brand or shop at Canadian tire due to their pathetic service.
