Today afternoon around 1.30pm I went to the store to purchase some groceries as usual, I had a very bad experience with the female teller (who was wearing turban). I had a case of small frooti (6 numbers) in my cart. The respective teller was scanning the above item multiple times and made a bill for 133.50$. I paid and about to leave the counter accidentally found that the frooti was billed for 30$ which is way too higher than the normal time. So, I went to that lady mentioned that something is wrong with the price of frooti which can be around 5$. He said that, “no you’re wrong, I scanned it properly, if you are not happy with that go to customer service “. Poor guy I, went to the customer service counter and waited to fix that issue with customer service staff for more than 30 minutes. The reason why I am writing this, that incident killed my time and didn’t even respond me properly in appropriate way. No other customer was behind me at that time, which made really bad experience with the store. Please do teach your staff about the customer service and the way of handling the customer needs in an appropriate way. And please value our money too. Thank you,
