We purchased a set of tires to go on a company vehicle. The driver suffered 2 blowouts and found bubbles on all 4 tires. When we returned the tires for a refund, they denied the refund claiming the tires were installed incorrectly. They said they found cut marks. This is a lie. I took pictures of the tires before they left our facility. They engage in shady business practices. We will not be a returning customer and we will not recommend this company to anyone. Discriminatory practices and inability to fulfill pre-confirmed orders puts this company on the top of my list of unsavory online retailers. It is a German company with a front address in Oregon. They refused to accept my valid credit cards because I have an unusual name. Five days after accepting my order, they emailed me saying that they would only accept paypal. I called them personally to prove that I am a legitimate customer, they refused to discuss the matter. I placed an order for 4 tires on 01/04/09. I pre-authorized my ship-to address with my credit card company to alleviate any problems in that regard.
