Texas Workforce Commission review: SCSEP (senior employment program)

Just ANOTHER wasteful abuse of taxpayers money!

Lost my job this year, and it's been very difficult trying to find another one.

The TWC said they have a program to help seniors find work, so they signed me up. Got a call from somebody named Valeria, said she was my case worker. She said she had to schedule me for a phone meeting the next week, so she did.

She never called.

I called her back the day after she was supposed to call me, left her a message on her voicemail. She called me the next day and said she would have to schedule another phone meeting the next day. Got her call the next day and she said she would have to schedule me for a phone interview the next week. (seriously? the [censored] circus this early in the program?)

She NEVER called back. I left her another message on her voice mail.

That was over 2 months ago now. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN!

If tax payers were refunded the BILLIONS, if not TRILLIONS of dollars the states WASTE on these USELESS and [censored] "programs"...we wouldn't BE in NEED of anything!
