After 72 hours, 2 "rejected" payments, I am now going to get slapped with a late charge for not paying in time.
They gladly accept credit cards for deposits, but come payment time, they need a wire transfer or deposit. I tried both methods, giving my bank verbatim information, and both times the company said the money did not go through. I asked them to call their bank, they refused.
They refuse to answer the phone, they won't answer basic questions. I will never do business with them again. I'm the customer, and I've been treated like crap since I signed the dotted line. I'll use another vendor from now on. SOMEONE HONEST. SOMEONE FRIENDLY.
