I have just read the bad reviews on Nigel Zone. I am stunned to say the least, as I have rented a house from him for over 2 years and had not problems at all. That is probably because I paid my rent on time and also paid the full deposit before I moved in, which was registered with a deposit protection scheme. I recommended Nigel Zone to some of my friend...

They keep the money from the deposits. They are not registered in any deposit scheme. They have the office in 1 Royal College St NW1 0RU They have been operated with different names: S & N PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS LTD T/A LONDON HOMESHARE
