I paid money for the services, which provided National College Planners. I wasted about $5, 000 and still heard some promises and blah-blah. The rep is really unprofessional guy and he told me only some crap. I already asked for refund, but he simply stopped to reply. I have no idea what measures to take now. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
This company, it's owner Jason Youngblood makes big promises of getting high school student into college at big price reductions regardless of parents income or students grades. After he takes your nearly $4, 00.00 you don't hear from him. He becomes very hard to reach, e-mails and calls to his office go unanswered and the parent is forced to again take control of trying to sort through the red tape of college entry which you paid him to do.
