Unpaid services: seeking resolution from Globibo
I am writing to address a significant concern regarding an outstanding payment owed by Globibo.
Despite the completion of services and the issuance of 14 invoices within the period of October 11th 2023 to December 12th 2023, I have yet to receive the agreed-upon payment.
This lack of responsiveness and nonpayment not only jeopardizes our business operations but also raises concerns about the integrity of our professional relationship. We value transparency and fair compensation for our services, expecting adherence to the mutually agreed-upon terms.

Private tuition rip off
After spending SGD$4000 for private language lessons Globibo failed to provide me with the materials appropriate to my level despite assurance that I would be provided with these books. The company also dodged calls and emails from my tutor as she attempted to procure the materials for me. When the books finally did arrive (as my lessons ended) the content had been directly copied and pasted from the beginner level books.
