Really incompetent customer service. Two items in my order arrived damaged, and I was told that I could return them and that I would not be charged return shipping. However, two weeks later when my refund was processed I saw that they had deducted return shipping from my refund. I have had to call back 7 or 8 times in the span of a month, and each customer service representative has assured me that the return fee refund was "being processed". Eventually I found out that there was a "hold" on the refund. I asked to speak to a manager several times, and there was never one available to speak...

I am officially done shopping with juicy couture online. I am loyal to other sites and receive great product quality as well as excellent customer service. I decided to try out Juicy Couture hoping I could add this site to my list for my daughter and myself. On several occasions I have ordered when they offered some type of special promotion and on most occassions I eventually received an email saying that my order has been cancelled because the items are no longer in stock. Well if the items were not in stock when I ordered them then WHY are you offering them on your site?? Why not say they...
