I ordered 4 DVDs from the website www.jubileedvds.com. I paid through PayPal and the payment was clear. After that I got the confirmation email from the seller and the tracking number. I waited 6 long weeks, but my order never arrived. Also the seller provided fake tracking number and didn’t reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
SAME AS ABOVE COMPLAINTS...STILL WAITING FOR ORDER...NO REPLY FROM SEVERAL EMAILS...THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM...I HAVE REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK...STILL NO RESPONSE...THIS IS THE LOWEST KIND OF SCAM...WILL CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO INVESTIGATE...
Same exact experience. He sends out a fake shipping notice, never fulfills product. When I disputed the transaction with PayPal, my money was instantly refunded. He apparently makes money by taking money and not delivering any products. For every dispute that is eventually resolved in the customer's favor, there are probably ten other customers who never get their product, and never get their money back. This guy is the lowest form of sleaze.
I wish to change my response to the above compliant from not useful to useful . My experience was exactly the same. Invoice, paid receipt and notice that the order had been shipped, however there was no tracking number and no shipping date. Several emails to the listed contact email address received no response. I still have not received the DVDs I ordered which were to have been shipped, according to the notice from the seller, dated June 2, 2014.
