Instaflix Movie rental

Late on returning movies, yes this is my fault. However, to be charged $25+tax for a USED movie they're selling for $6.99 on their kiosk is robbery. Not to mention their customer service "manager" Chrystal was extremely rude to me on the phone, when I called confused. I'd expect much more from a "manager", which she was sure to point out to me the second I asked her name. Apparently the CEO is the only person above her, I have a hard time believing that.

Instaflix Kiosk never delivered movie, then shut itself down

This happened today (2/10/17) at about 7pm at
Instaflix kiosk

After I had swiped my credit card a screen appeared telling me to wait for my movie. After taking longer than usual, (Maybe over 30 sec. , much longer than red box) another screen told me that I had received my movie! Nothing ever came out! Then it rebooted itself. What a great piece of technology! I have no way of knowing whether it charged me, because I did not choose to accept an email receipt. That turned out to be a big mistake. Now i'll have to watch my bank account. I talked to a clerk and of course she said "we have no affiliation. " I told her "yes, I know, i'm just letting you know it's out of order. "
I may go back over there and ask the manager to put an "out of order" sign on it.

Instaflix Charged late fee even though I wasn't late

I rented two movies. One was watched and returned for the one day period. The other was watched and returned for a two day period. They charged me a late fee for both movies even though only one was late. I called their customer service and they didn't take the charge off. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I don't think they have any intention of taking off any charges even if it was their mistake. Please be aware, make sure you read your statements and know exactly when you are receiving and returning your disk. I put the charge in dispute with my credit card. I know it's only $1.31 but a terrible company (or any company) doesn't deserve to make money without the exchange of goods or services.

I had rented two movies two nights ago and I insist I get a full refund on at least one because it gave me one I didn't request. I requested Martian which I got and I requested the last witch hunter with Vin Diesel and received True Story which I didn't want. That Kiosk is giving out the wrong movies. This is the first time Ive rented from y'all and most likely wont again. Bad service.
