Commercial Lending Corporation reviews and complaints

This company has attempted to slander our good name alleging that we charge large, upfront fees when in fact it is Commercial Lending Corporation and its President Mike Kidwell who charges these fees without having a definite bank to place the loan. When they subcontracted our Company (Core Commercial Capital) for analytical work and they couldn't place the loan, they tried to recoup their illegitimate fees by asking me to pay back my fee for services. Our company has a long standing excellent relationship in providing solid, financing for all types of commercial properties and we do not charge large, upfront fees for other than legitimate third-party costs once a loan is approved. Watch out for Commercial Lending Corporation and its other name Apartment Lending Corporation if you don't want to become another ripped-off statistic!
