I got a phone call from a guy called Edwin, he asked me if I was in a foreclosure and I told him yes, and then he told me that he can help me save my house, he told me that for him to start the foreclosure there would be a deposit of 500 dollars that I had to give him and I asked him how do I know that you are not a scamer he assured me that he wasn't, so I thought about it and stupid me gave him all my account information, after I hung up with him, something told me to check that company out and I found out that they were scamers when I found out I called them back and told them that I found out that they are scamers and I want my money refunded back to me I also told them that they better not take any more money out of my account come to find out that this month they had the nerve to take out 400 so now they owe me 900. So is there any way I can get my money back?

In Feb. 2019 I called a number on a flyer I received in the mail for Premier Legal Services. They were promising to help with my modification and possible foreclosure. They told me that they can definitely help. The deal was I needed to sign a contract and pay them $700 for expenses plus a reoccurring payment of $500 so they could get started on litigation. I asked the agent from accounting for them to call me first before taking out my monthly payments so I could get an update on my progress. This was not done of course and they started ignoring my emails after the first month. The communication was great for the first few weeks after I sent them all of the paperwork they requested and signed the initial contact. After the first month they started ignoring my requests for progress. I tried stopping the payment but it didn't work because it was an automatic ACH payment. They were able to take 2 more payments before I realized what was going on. I ended up having to close my account. This finally got their attention so they called me. I explained my issue with them, that's when they tried to tell me I didn't send them all the required paperwork which was absolute BS. This was all just a huge scam to get as much money from you as possible while they do nothing for you. If you have been scammed by this company then I urge you to file a complaint with your local Attorney General's office. I am getting the money I was scammed out of because of the complaint I filed there. They were so helpful in getting my money back when everyone else failed to do so.
