AAA Claims customer service - ref# [protected]

My daughter had an accident on 05/28/17. I called as soon as it happened, we even called police and had a report. Once Alexis gets information, I don't hear anything for long time. I eventually call her and leave a message. I get a call a few days later saying y daughter was found to be at fault and that she is sending a letter for me to sign. All this is on the message she sent me on 07/03/17. I call her later that day saying I will not sign the letter because I disagree with her findings. I asked her if she had even bothered to get police report. I didn't her anything back from Alexis so I called her manager Andrew Atherton and left him a message. I did not hear from Mr. Atherton til 8:30-8:45 that evening. I even told him that I thought he was not going to call me. I was surprised at the time he was calling, he said he was busy but wanted to take care of this because he was going on vacation. I repeated everything that I told Alexis. He sent me a overview shot of where the accident took place and I tried explaining it again with the overhead picture. I asked him if they had bothered getting the police report and he said they had not. I don't understand, I am paying for insurance from AAA you should be fighting for me. I shouldn't have to be running around worrying about getting report. This occurred I believe on the 13th of July. We are in August now I still have not heard bad from Andrew or Alexis. I am so dissatisfied with this service, I have been with AAA for over 10+ years. I have my house insured and all my cars. I will be looking for a new insurance company. Meanwhile, my daughter has to drive around with a dented car.

AAA Claims Customer service

I am extremely dissapointed with the lack of customer service from my claims adjuster Ashley in the Costa Mesa office and her Supervisor. Ive been calling all week and leaving several voicemail messages and no one has returned my calls. Im beyond frustrated with this company! And to think I was considering switching my policies to AAA, I am so glad I didnt.
Voicemail says they will return my call before the end of the business day well its been over a week.
Worst customer service ever. Very dissapointed.
