Extremely Disappointing Experience
My experience with Business Wire was extremely disappointing. I reached out to them for information regarding our App development and was met with disparaging and disrespectful responses. They refused to provide the necessary information and even ignored our emails. In contrast, other PR providers like AccessWire and PRNews have been professional and provided excellent service. I would not recommend Business Wire based on my negative experience.
