I am a certified member of BVOP (Certificate IDs: 29993, 29989, 29991) and Global Tech Council (Certificate ID: 152747506). On August 12, 2025, I contacted both organizations by email requesting the official logos for certified members to display on my professional website. After following up again on August 15, I have still received no response from either institution.
As someone considering further paid courses with these organizations, I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service. If they cannot answer simple questions from certified members, how reliable are they for future students and professionals seeking support or validation?
I urge anyone interested in BVOP or Global Tech Council programs to carefully consider their experience with customer support. Responsiveness and transparency are essential for professional certifications and trust.
I advise to look elsewhere for reputable and supportive certification partners.
