I sent a red dot optic in for warranty repair or replacement. The red dot was not a dot it was distorted and this was not a focus issue. I have had many similar optics I different brands and have never had this issue. Once they received the optic they told me there was nothing wrong with it when indeed it was defective. They said there was nothing they could do to help. I said just keep it then and I will just stick with a brand that stands behind their product. After aprox 10 min. Instead Bushnell keeping the optic I decided to contact them and have them send it back. They told me sorry for you inconvenience but it’s gone. Which within 10 min I believe is complete BS. AND… they said there was nothing wrong with it. I feel like they just pulled the wool over my eyes took the optic and gave me the middle finger.
Recommendation: Do not do business with Bushnell.
