I decided to stop at Burger King on my 30 min lunch break from work (the location on West Greenfield Ave in West Allis, WI) today (10/29/20). I typically do not take time out of my day to go online and complain about a fast food service, however I am very disappointed in how I was treated. I was in the drive through around 1:30 pm and nobody was taking my order. I thought they were possibly busy so I gave it about a minute and still nothing. So I said hello very politely and the woman had the nastiest attitude and then took my order. I then proceed to pay and didn't get a receipt (didn't think anything of it because I normally throw them away). the food wasn't done so a lady rudely said the woman who was at the window to have me pull to the front to wait for my food.
I waited for about 10 minutes and decided to go in there to see the status of my order and they looked at me as if I was done. They told me I had to wait longer but I couldn't due to me getting back to work. They didn't care at all or apologize or give a refund. I left with no food back to work.
I hope that a manger or someone can speak to these individuals and remind them that they choose to be employed with Burger King and need to treat their customers with respect.
Thank you,
Irina Rodriguez
