Order #1490240 – never delivered, no refund, no reshipment.

I ordered from BulkSupplements.com and paid in full (international order to Turkey). The package never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they refused both a reshipment and a refund.

Here is the core problem: the company itself states that international shipping can take 6–8 weeks. Yet their policy requires you to report any delivery issue within 14 business days / 30 days, and they refuse refunds after that. For an international customer, this means the claim window can close before the package is even expected to arrive. That is a contradiction that leaves overseas buyers with no protection.

When I asked them to provide the carrier’s proof of delivery, they replied in writing that they cannot provide any proof of delivery because the tracking details are no longer available – but they still “deem the package delivered” and refuse any resolution. In other words, they have no evidence the package arrived, yet they keep my money.

I am out the full amount for goods I never received. I would caution international customers to be very careful ordering from this company, and to document everything from day one.
