Terrible customer service. I ordered a $50 product and they sent me something else that was around the cost of $26. I spent 2 weeks on the phone with customer service reps that attempted to try to contact the manager to find out how to resolve this. As if there had to be a special case handling for sending someone a product that was less than 1/2 the cost that you bought. Seems pretty obvious to me what the customer service response was. Continued to call and the reps couldn't get in touch with the manager. He was unresponsive to email. They were almost afraid to call him. Finally they told me they were shipping me the right order and I am still waiting a week later. Nobody is taking me seriously there. This is a horrible company and I am going to give them negative reviews all over the internet to warn other buyers. At one point the customer service rep told me that someone else had ordered fitness supplements and received laundry detergent. Nuff said.

I had the same problem. I placed an order on July 13 and never got anything but a charge on my credit card. I called them and they said that they had new owners. The website was re-registered on 10/5 of this year so, it seems true. The old owners whois was "Peter Schorch" from Jenkintown, PA. The administrative phone contact was [protected]. There are a lot of websites in that name and they also show [protected] and [protected] as phone numbers. Maybe they will give me back my money?

I spent $60 on 2/28/2011 and received one item that cost $8.00 in March. The rest of the order has still not arrived as of 3/25/11. I tried calling them and they never answer the phone. I have sent multiple emails, now my only course of action is to call my credit card company and tell them it was fraud. Bulk Nutrition used to be great, I heard it was sold and now its a total fraud and scam. They stole my money, this is not acceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

02-25-11, Spend $25plus on 2 supplments, placed order but their confirmation page stated that there was a credit card error, I called the bank and the debit happened. I called their only phone number and a guy answered stating we had a bad connection and disconnected. Someone is running away with the funds folks, sign of the times. I will report to the bank and file a claim. Bad news, this was a good operation owned by a guy name Mike, word is he sold it months back.

I had the same thing. I spent over 150$ and i got nothing. Does anyone knows another way to contact them beside the number they give on there website.

All, it took some time but I contacted the owners of BUlk Nutirution. hey just were acquired form a private equity firm. They actually gave me a tracking number on an order I placed 2 weeks ago.
Be assured it is not a scam and they plan on fulfilling all orders.

I orderd January 4th and did express shipping. I did get in touch with someone January 6th to find out why it has not shipped. The guy (who I think is the only one that works there) said there was a delay in getting an item and that it shipped out that morning. I live 2 hours away and with Priority I have still not received my order. They do not answer their phone now. Do not order from these guys! I will be reporting to my CC company today if these order does not show up.

I placed many orders and had good service. My last order was Nov 10 2010 and today Jan 5 2011 I still have not received order! I have e-mailed them... no reply's. I will stop ordering from them and I put this info on my blog!

I ordered before from them, and had great service...now, I've placed an order, paid for it, and have not received it, cannot get any response from them despite repeated emails and calls. This site is bogus!
