They Advertised a Double sink for the Kitchen. Tuesday 9th_ When we went out to their huge Roodepoort Warehouse, it was out of stock. My wife hade already discussed the fitting with the Granit Company to fit the sink into new granite replacement, (as the previous Basin was single). We took a Rain Check with the Department's Salesman, by the name of CJ. It incidentally took about 5 minutes to get someone to the very unattended Kitchen Department to be attended too. Friday 12th_ When we needed a very simple question answered on this day to ensure the fit was going to be good, it took more than 10 minutes to get some feedback. We the called back for another simple measure request, the Manager "Tobelo" told me he could not do it, I would have to come back to the store to measure it up myself? Need I say more about customer service or help?
Desired outcome: Explanation on how the Staff do not have to commit!
