To Whom It May Concern,

We have several contracts with Broward Factory, live in Pembroke pines, Robert the Manager is very accommodating, but the dryer tech is not functional at all.
1st Issue ( different address) Call broward dryer tech came out three times could not fix the issue he said it was the vents. Vents were cleaned still could not fixed, had to replace dryer.
2nd Issue( Different address) call broward to fix dryer said the vents need cleaning however vents were clean a month ago.
3rd Issue (different address) call broward to fix dryer and you guess yes the dryer tech favourite response the vents need cleaning however vents were cleaned two weeks ago
This isn't fair to the tenant or myself who is paying money for a service that just cant be resolve at all
