Brookson Construction review: Fence stain, iron door paint, concrete repair

My name is Quang Le. I live in the Lake of Highland Glen. Rick Breese is the owner of Brookson Construction. He gave me a price on stain the fence, paint the iron gate, and repair the concrete driveway. He gave me the price of $1700 and asked for $1000.0 deposit.
