My family are frequent buyers from Brooks. I purchased several "Basic" white button down dress shirts and Advantage Chinos, from Grove City, PA outlet, The shirt had button holes that were not sewn properly and the pants had 38/30 on tag, when got home they were 37/30. Purchase date 11/10/24.
Went to Outlet store last Sunday, 11/17 approx 11:30 AM to exchange, newer male clerk was very polite, the manager, 30ish woman was very rude, and embarrassed me in front of all patrons, I showed her my receipts only 7 days ago, she refused to return.
