Contract agreement with this company to remodel my basement said his company was license contractor and electrician gave me a license number that I thought was correct said would be finish in 3 weeks charge $17000. Deposit $14000 Mr. Brook didn't complete the job kept given excuses leaving live open wire sheet rock hiding problems garbage everywhere by in the fifth week I called city inspector told me my house was in terrible need of being shut down violation no permit was issue company has no electrical licenses' company breach contract damages on my home violations issued Mr. Brooks is unprofessional sloppy no electrical license still checking on contractor license

Desired outcome: bring my home up to code standard and make sure he does do this to no one else whatever license the company has terminate
this company is not recommendable to anyone there should be some kind of law to stop this kind of contractors that makes it bad for the good one honesty is the best policy damages and violation to your dreams shouldn't become nightmare research a company before you obligate take your time this company breaches contract agreements uncompleted work gives excuses put your home in violation has no license for electrical sloppy workers unprofessional
