Broadway Tar Surfaces review: We would like Nash the owner mobile [protected] to refund us the money

Hello Peter,

We are a managing agent and need to have potholes repaired to the driveway in one of our complexes. I asked Broadway Tar Surfaces to provide a quote and later they got the go ahead to fix the potholes.

Before work started they required an 80% payment of R10,550.00 which we paid. The job was started and midday it was completed. They wanted the balance of their money but we had to get approval first from owners once they looked at the work done. It was appauling. They only covered the holes and when you fix potholes you excavate the ground by the pothole in a square shape around the pothole. This wasnt done and very little sprag grad emaulsion was laid. They only filled the pothole area . It looked absolutely terrible and worse than when the potholes were there. THis owner Nash swanted the balance of the money in order to rectify his work , whichi we never gave him , as he had to first fix the problem. now he doesnt return our calls and left us with this terrible situation. Can you please help us and advise other people not to use him. We have pictures of the work done and it is shocking .
