I receive several phone calls everyday from [protected] that show up as Anonymous on caller ID. I've had to resort to having any call
that is anonymous or has no caller ID blocked but I am sick of it. If it is not the NRA someone should be able to find out who it is and take action. If it is the NRA they are about to loose my support.

The biggest giveaway that these are scams are:
    1. They don't know your name
    2. They don't know your address
and the best; The National Lottery using a hotmail address!

I found a site where they wrote that the +44 number is actually Nigerian!

Not only would they get unsuspecting believers details; name, address, bank accounts but they will request some funds to release the so called payments! This has now become one of the most recognized scams over the world wide web!

Another tip: anyone emailing me with 'god bless you', 'my friend', etc SCAMMER!

I agree with the above poster. You can't win it if you didn't buy a ticket and enter it. I'm from the UK and that's the only way you could, except if you bought something online. But you need a ticket. It's a scam.
