I have made a reservation for the IELTS test online with the following data:
Test Date: 15 February 2014
Module: General Training
Test Venue: Sonesta Hotel, 3 EL Tayran St, Nasr City, Cairo
IELTS Reference No.: EG001-[protected]
Then, due to some personal stuff, I cancelled my reservation on Sunday 5th of Jan 2014. And I requested a refund to be done and transferred to my personal HSBC account.
I have informed that the refund will be done after 40 days, so I contacted your customer service on 17th of Feb 2014. And they told me that the finance department will contact me.
Till now, i got no feedback from the finance department, and i contacted the customer service 3 times.
As a reputable organization, I think it is not acceptable situation.
British Council Egypt are one of the most arrogant people, and you can NEVER meet a manager in Agouza, full of smoke, and some sick people, all around kids and children. Un safe place with no respect, only very expensive charges and arrogant treatment for Egyptians.
They hire people with limited knowledge of English. They have great problem with their English. They deal with disrespect with people.
