Jan 12 sales guy konner Stephens came to our door. My husband let him into our house because he said Brinks bought out Fluent who we were currently using to monitor our house. He cont. to say he will need to update our system to Brinks so we can cont. to have a security system.

My husband agreed to the Brinks equipment and Konner replaced Fluent equipment to Brinks. We were told we had to sign a 5 yr contract. Now we owe Fluent 215.00 per Konner cancelled Fluent and we also owe our first bill of 120.09 to Brinks.

We missed our 3 days to cancel this Brinks contract and they will not let us out of it even though it was based on a lie and slamming us to get us as a customer. We want out of contract per the slamming and taking advantage of elderly people and disabled vet. my husband.
