I had a "biopsy" done on 19 November 2021 on the right side of my tongue. This was not a biopsy, but a sadistic mutilation, performed without the proper anesthesia and on the incorrect area. As background: I had my teeth cleaned at my regular dentist's office at Comfort Dental. A week or so before, an area on the underneath side of my tongue was very sore. The appearance was about 1/2 inch in length and was whiteish. It dissipated in approximately a week. However, the dentist referred me to an oral surgeon at Comfort Dental in Westminster, CO. When Bridger Jensen looked at the area, he didn't seem concerned, but suggested that I have a biopsy, just to be sure. He stated that he could numb the area sufficiently for the procedure. He jabbed me with Novocaine with no topical anesthetic to ease the pain and proceeded to do the "biopsy," without waiting for the numbing agent to take effect. I was in intense pain when he began to slice my tongue. I was writhing in the chair, as he stated that "it is really difficult to numb the tongue." I should have run out of the room, but my tongue had been sliced open. He then gave me another shot, which did nothing because he didn't wait for the drug to take effect. I could feel every single slice of his scalpel. Then, he proceeded to stitch the area, which, again, was excruciating. After this debacle was over, I tried to stand to leave, but was unable, so I remained in the chair for about 10 minutes. He didn't instruct me to have someone with me to drive me home, so I had to drive the 45 minutes in heavy traffic in horrific pain. It's a miracle that I didn't have an accident. He had given me a prescription which I had to give to the pharmacist and wait. The conclusion to this disaster is that I was in bed for over a week, I couldn't eat but a few bites of pudding or applesauce, lost 7 pounds, couldn't speak and ended up in the ER, whereupon they administered morphine to stop the pain. The Oxycontin that he prescribed didn't touch the pain. Never in my life have I been in such agony. And the outrageous thing about all of this is that the "biopsy" was done in the incorrect area. He removed a huge amount of tissue from the top of my tongue, which was much larger than any biopsy would have been, and not underneath where the original sore area had presented. The ER referred me to another oral surgeon to read the path report, as I had told them that I wouldn't set foot in the office of Comfort Dental Oral Surgery, again. I am still suffering from this trauma as of this date 30 December 2021. He is unfit to perform oral surgery on anyone. I would run, don't walk away from Comfort Dental Oral Surgery and Bridger Jensen. You have been warned.

Desired outcome: Jensen's license should be revoked before he can do this to anyone else, unless he already has.
