Bridge Crest Financial review: Car company

Hello my name is Nikole Dozier, I purchased a Kia Sorento 2016 from drivetime. Bridge crest is the finance company that holds the title. I have had some late pays due to sickness being hospitalized pay cut car going into the shop, the car was repo I made the payment of over $1100 and got my car however in the midst of getting the car back they told me my car is charged off and the new car note will be $450 and the new due date is the 10th of the month I have asked for these things in writing because now it is a whole new agreement that I have not received I was hospitalized again 8/6/2022 thru 8/10/22 I proceeded to call them the day after I was released to let them know what was going on and very rudely I was told not their problem and the payment needed to be paid by Sunday the 14th on Monday I made the payment for $400 and the very next morning before the company opened I paid the other payment of $50. I received a call at 10am today that my car was put up for review for repo although they did receive the whole payment of $450 but because the remaining $50 was not paid on Monday by 6pm they are now trying to take my car again. I was told that I need to pay another $450 payment today again or they will repo it. The way they speak to me I have never felt so low. I was told even if one of my children died I would still need to make the payment. I told them I paid you all of the full amount. They did not care because I couldn’t have it in by 6pm yesterday of the remaining $50. I am asking someone to please help me with this issue so I don’t lose my car.
