On Friday September 2, 2022 around 10:13 AM my wife and I came to get the oil changed for our Cadillac Escalade 2022, that I had bought from the same dealer at Bravo Cadillac in El Paso Tx. Mike Rodriguez took care of us upon arrival in the service department and he asked for our keys to our vehicle after being told that it was going to take about an hour to get the oil changed. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes I went to ask Mike Rodriguez on the status on my vehicle and to my surprise it was still not being serviced. My wife and I asked him where our vehicle was at the moment and they couldn't find it until my wife and I were able to locate it around a lemon car lot. I asked him why it was well hidden in a parking lot full of lemon cars and his reply was that that they were painting closed by the mechanic shop. They then moved our vehicle out of the lemon car lot and took it in for service that took 17 minutes to complete. Mike Rodriguez then asked me that if I wasn't happy with his service that I can find someone else in the service department. Unprofessional response to the customer and poor service.

Desired outcome: Very unhappy clients
