I’d like to clarify that the complaint I posted about Branford Publishers was based on a misunderstanding from my mother’s side. She had already been in communication with them, and they had successfully published the book on Amazon and even shared the live link with her. At the time I tried calling, their project manager was unavailable, which caused the confusion. I apologize for the inconvenience and any negative impression this may have caused.
I used Branford Publishers for Amazon book publishing and marketing services. Everything was delivered on time, and the team was very responsive. Their support and quality of work were excellent — truly a reliable and professional service provider.
