Brandon Rimes was the listing agent for a property that I put an offer on in 2021, and what a piece of work he is! He lied 🤥 many times. He is one of the worst realtors and most dishonest I have ever encountered. He lost his listing and their buyers. He failed to deliver paperwork from the condo association and he lied about property issues. Run from this guy! That he has been associated with so many scams! He is a Keller Williams , Keller Williams realty agent in Florida, and I cannot believe they put up with this.

Everyone that got screwed by Brandon should know he's in real estate sales now as a Realtor and he's gone so far as to have a radio show giving real estate advice. I almost called in to his show to see how he'd respond. Unbelievable. If Robert Kintigh is involved in any way, you all have been fooled. Robert Kintigh is the con. He is a master at screwing people and businesses out of money and then blaming it on someone esle. Run and run fast!

Correction, Brandon Rimes and Robert Kintigh are NOT in business together under any name. Actually Robert Kintigh and his employees had to go after Brandon Rimes for payroll Brandon owed them. Brandon Rimes was spiraling down fast when Robert Kintigh came into the picture, and every time Robert would try to pay off vendors, and do his job (Consulting) Brandon Rimes would shoot it down. Robert Kintigh got out of business with Mr Rimes because he was such a disorganized dishonest "businessman" Brandon Rimes declared bankruptcy and foreclosed on his home shortly after Robert parted ways... he didnt want the help. Brandon Rimes is a short fused man, who only cared about money in his pocket.. Brandon scammed employees and workers out of tons of money! Do your research on Robert Kintigh he has several successful companies and multiple success stories. Its unfortunate he allowed himself to get burned in the RimesVentures scam.

So what you're saying is that they are still in operation but formed a new company? They've scammed us, along with a multitude of other contractors and vendors, out of quite a bit of money. No doubt Brandon has put many preservation vendors out of business. What a shame people have to be this way. Thanks for supplying the name of the new business. If you check out the newly formed group by Brandon and Robert, it shows this new company being incorporated (ASAP Building Services Incorporated) was filed in the State of Florida on Oct 18, 2010. The effective date is Oct. 20, 2010. The Principal place of business id 6301 Memorial Highway 302 Tampa Fl. The name of the registered agent is THE GROWTH MASTERS INC. 4617 Tucsan CT #1 Valrico, Fl. The Incorporator is Robert Kintigh. The initial officers are Title: SEC G.R.O.W CORPORATION PRESIDENT : ROBERT KINTIGH VP BRANDON RIMES TRES: ROBERT KINTIGH...NOW LETS look at this. The Growth Masters Inc is a corporation that is registered under Robert Kintigh. He is now in business with Brandon.

Also if you go to FACEBOOK and you look up Robert Kintigh on Oct OCT14, 2010 @9:08pm there is a status update that says: We need contractors all over the country to do property preservation work. Please email me if you are interested and need work. Must be licensed bonded and insured". So if you are telling me that Robert is no longer involved with Rimes, I would have to say that is probably a true statement. However, I must argue the point, that he is now in business with Brandon to do property preservation work all over the country. Sounds to me, like "OLI1" might have some good information about Brandon and Robert's intentions.

These documents that were filed to form business together and then Robert needing contractors for property preservation seems to make these all seem factual to me.
