Brad's Deals - orders are never delivered

My husband was looking for a good place to order work boots and pants.So I recommended Brad's Deals for suggestions.We found Blain's Farm and Fleet. I placed the order on 11/30/19 I have still not received that order! After numerous e-mails, phone calls NO solution. I final demanded a refund today 12/09/2019 and it will take me 3 to 10 days to get my money back! Please take this Web site off your page. Don't put anyone else through this at ChristmaS TIME. Thank-You
