To Whom It May Concern-
Hello- I am now a former employee of Big Sky. I need to write and address in a statement what is happening in Vista Hall. In my time working in Vista, the higher management, since the beginning, are turning a blind eye. He is turning a blind eye to what is happening in the kitchen and around the Hall.
For starters, there is much racism from both the GM and the AGM. They say horrible things behind their employees' backs. The workers in the kitchen (many of whom are Jamaican, Puerto Rican, etc.) have been verbally harassed. They also play favoritism. At first, I thought it was sexism, but it is more towards the side of favoritism. Whoever they don’t like, they get the brunt of unfairness, but whoever they like, these people are essentially sheltered.
AGM on several occasions has fat-shamed several of the ladies. He has also refused to leave one of the girls alone, making her feel extremely uncomfortable.
I wear earbuds only when there is live music as it triggers my anxiety/PTSD. I did not know I needed paperwork until the night I was released. I had not had any conversation about them either until that night. This, I feel, is discrimination of disabilities. Yes, I may have been in the wrong, but there was no conversation had about it, or a conversation about disabilities.

Desired outcome: Accountability of the company. This show of disrespect provides a toxic place to work. I do not speak for just myself, but for my other coworkers. Something needs to be done. Thank you.
