BowFlex Disappointing Experience with Bowflex

After purchasing a Bowflex Max Trainer 8 in 2020, I faced continuous issues with the machine. Despite attempts to get it repaired, the knocking sound persisted. The company's lack of response and poor customer service left me frustrated. This has been the worst purchase experience for me, and I strongly advise against buying from Bowflex.
