I am formally reporting multiple conditions observed in my home, which is currently covered under the 10-year structural warranty that began on November 30, 2018.
The following issues have been identified:
• A vertical crack in the exterior brick near a corner of the home, extending from an exterior light fixture upward toward the transition between the first and second floors, measuring approximately 1/8 inch at its widest point.
• Cracking in the concrete driveway on both sides of the property.
• Separation and lifting of exterior siding boards on multiple sides of the home.
• Interior signs of movement, including separation between door and window frames and the surrounding sheetrock, as well as minor drywall cracks at corners and joints, particularly in the kitchen and dining area.
Due to the presence of both exterior and interior conditions, I am requesting a formal structural inspection and documentation under the terms of the warranty to determine whether these issues are related to settlement or foundation movement and to ensure appropriate corrective action or monitoring.
