I order a watch from this website, I paid on COD, but after opening the package I didn't like the product, as this was not the same as this was shown in the video, same day I mailed them on thebombayfash.[protected]@gmail.com, and after that I have sent 2 emails for refund request, but no response from them yet, and their number given in the website is also not working, Refund period is of 7 days only, its already been 4 days now. I have been taking followups with them
Desired outcome: I want to return the items and want refund
