You'll are a rip off and it's been months since I purchased your product. I hope all of you get arrested for the frauds that ypu are.

I came to conclusion that this biotrim labs does not exist

They tell this lie to every one, they can simply use dhl ., we can pay the charges, but they simply want to cheat . So they tell lie as sent by regular mail . These kind of #### should be punished in 10 torture method suggested in youtube or send them to north korea prison .

I ordered the product in April.

Still not received.

I sent email after email after email after email (as there is no number to call) and i keep getting the "sorry you have not received it yet" reply.

I have also been promised a refund and still not received.

If anyone can help with who to report this company to ... please let me know.

I have been waiting for my order and everytime I send communication, I get the same automated response. I am so not happy. This is starting to feel like a scam. I also placed an order for one bottle but once I confirmed payment ,an amount for 6 bottles was deducted.

My husband ordered one bottle of TestoUltra, but was charged for six (although we did receive six). It was much more money than we could afford as pensioners.

Also there is nothing on this website which states that this product does not work for men who have had their prostate removed because of cancer. Simple reason, a man who has had this surgery cannot get an erection, and this product will only help a man maintain an erection for longer once he gets one (or so they claim)

I ordered for buy 3 get 2free keto extreme fat burner in May 2022 and to date I have not received order even after numerous emails sent to biotrm customer support. The face on advert was Tim Noakes so I trusted this site and ordered. Through emails I asked for my refund of 3511 Rands but biotrim said about 5 times via email that they will resend order to no avail.is there any one that can resolve this problem.

I have ordered product 6 weeks back and still did not receive anything, I have ask for a refund and first they said that I must wait 21 working days, when that passed I again requested a refund and then they said I must wait the 6weeks and that also passed and still I do not have my money or the products. No delivery yet and also no mails from these crooks. They stole our money. Don't order from these skelms, they will just take your money.

The certainly seem to be a scammers.
I ordered one bottle of TestoUltra from The Netherlands and had two delivered and charged to my account. I complained and said I never received an invoice when I placed my order and if I had seen it was two bottles I would have cancelled the order. I asked where I should return the extra bottle to and had a reply to say that I would get a refund of 50% of what had been debited to my credit card and that there was no need to return the extra bottle. Over one year later, I am still waiting for the refund they claim had been paid on 25th May 2017. I sent them copies of my credit card statements for the months of May, June and july to prove I had never received the refund. I asked them to give me proof of their payment but nothing has been forthcoming. I keep getting the same old reply that they paid the refund on 25th May 2017.
Now when I contact them in the Netherlands, I am asked to contact Biotrim Labs in the US - by phone!
Is there somewhere that one could get their mailing address in the Netherlands and the name of their CEO?
This really is sickening that they can behave like this and get away with it!

These criminals at Biotrim Labs are also giving your banking details to others. I had R156+ and R149+ deducted from my account by so-called "MAXXSECRETS" for something I never ordered or received. Beware of Maxxsecrets as well - all are CRIMINALS and steel your money.

Same ### happens to me as well.. i called my bank to cancel the transactions but they are not able to do it. they adviced to rfer to the merchant but the customer service number was not able to contact. SO decided to blocked my credit card as i review some of the complaints they had been charged few more times after their payment transactions.

I have faced a problem with this fradulent company like two others in this review. They have very smartly designed their site so that you end up ordering 6 bottles when you actually want to order only 1. And then they dont cancel the order. And threaten you to send it back at your own cost. And what is worst, their representative agrees to refund 50% and even gives you a reference no. But no refund.
Its a fraud company which please be aware of before you order anything from such a fraudster.
That it happens even in a regulated market like United States is itself very shocking and shameful.

This company is ignorant and unreliable. Boycott this [censored] service. The say they have send the stuff bit it doesn't arrive. Then have apparently sent it twice and now they say they can't refund because it is too long ago.

I purchase life cleanse on 26 dec 2016.After two weeks still not receive the products i wrote emails to support@biotrimlabs.com, delivery@biotrimlabs.com and billing@biotrimlabs.com inquire the status of my products which i purchase yet to deliver.Receive reply from biotrim support that package have been post and tracking ref.no.is given.The status is delivered to post.After few days received email from vpost to notify package is delayed due to heavy snow fall in portland and try to do their best to deliver.Last Friday I send emails again to biotrimlab and vpost to update me the status.While waiting for their email reply today I received the package deliver to my mail letter box.I feel sorry for customers who did not get the profucts perhaps you can write in to support@biotrimlabs or billing@biotrimlabs for refund.Tell them if they not going to refund your money you will report to US FDA about this scam.Hope you get your money back.

Biotrim labs said they cover the delivery costs, but now I can't get my packet.

I already spent R3500 for everything, and it said postage covered, but why should I pay this now at Bredasdorp post office?

I bought a product on December 30 and they said it was going to take 21 business days to arrive as maximum. Well, the time has passed and the product has not yet arrived. I have already chatted a lot of times with them and I'm really disappointed. BiotrimLabs is a ridiculous, unprofessional and unserious entreprise.
So, if I want to know where my product is I just can’t because they don't even give me a tracking number!. I shop online a lot and, in addition to the shipping number, the sellers ALWAYS provide me a tracking number so I can be able to know where is the product I bought. I can’t believe that I have no way of knowing where my product is! I can't know if it is in customs because I do not have any code or number to look for it. Even worse, they charged me the money from my account and never sent anything.

I would not recommend anyone to ever buy any Biotrimlabs product.

i ordered weight loss products JULY 2016 but till today I have never received my product but it took less than a minute for them to debit my money but more than 7months for me to receive products and I have checked even post offices nothing arrived
