They are corporate crooks; after 4 yrs, they decided that "you don't deserve the incentives, anymore to live here." Then they decided to take away my 1 yr lease, as I had renewed, yearly... they decided that I should be "month-to-month"... huh?
I had heard this before, from another complainant... the mgmt in the office lies, and I was lied to from a butch, claiming that what I had heard from a new tenant was untrue... and this butch was not even there at the time. Huh?
Then there is the issue of, once this Co. has decided to Harrass you, and try to force you out, because they want to do a "reno-viction", they will do it! And continue to do it... repeatedly!
Don't expect honest people... they are crooks and butches at Boardwalk!

Claimed loss: no peaceful living!!

Desired outcome: they need to respect their tenants.....but that will never happen

legitimacy? Honesty? How about illegal money transfers and how about what the board of directors are taking in...while stealing from the tenants ?!
