Yet, despite our expressed dissatisfaction, their response was to suggest that we simply sell or transfer. Isn’t it their responsibility to intervene? We brought this to the attention of ARDA, who supposedly "Represent the vacation ownership and resort development industries," yet they offered no help. We've been forced to resume contact with Howard from Boardwalk, though predictably, he has failed to respond. After fulfilling all our financial obligations, we are still at the receiving end of their subpar service. This is a stark example of their poor business practices and a clear warning for any potential buyers.
