BlueBay Grand Esmeralda review: Rooms and service

This Hotel is rated a 4-star and far far from it. The rooms are worn out doors don't shut. The patio slider door handle was broken. We checked in on Feb 7 and were told we could not a reservation for dinner until next day for the next day. So we were there 3 days before we could eat at a nice restaurant. We went with another couple and had separate rooms so you could only book 2 people for your room. The other room had to book a different table so we could not sit together for dinner. If you wanted to sit together you had to get up in the morning and go to the front desk and book it but it is for the next day. Also, the bathrooms by the pool area never had any toilet paper in them asked the hotel to fix but never did. Now the worst part was on February 11 the Air Condition quit working called they said about 2 hours to fix. The next day went to the front desk to complain about the air they said they did not know what to do about it. It was in the high 80's. We left on February 14 and still had no air. The day we left the Hot Water quit working and had to take cold showers. Didn't complain we were glad to get out of the place. Had to be the worst place we have every stayed at.
