On February 7 thru February 14, we stayed at this resort. The first thing that happened was that dinner reservations could only be made for the next day. We could not make a reservation that day and had to wait till the next day so that meant no dinner at a steak house for three days. Also, we could only make a reservation for one day. So we missed dinner for three nights. Then the air conditioner quit working. I complained to the resort and they said it would be fixed in two hours well was not true. Got back to my room and it was so Hot could not sleep. Went to the lobby to complain but the lobby was full of people complaining about the Air. There were 3 building out of air. So the air went out on the 11th and we left on the 14th. Everyone at the resort said they did not know what to do. Also on the 13th, the hot water quit working called the front desk and they said OK. This resort is rated 4 stars believe me it is not. A lot of things were broken. The slider door was broken. The doors in the room would not shut. On the last day, the elevator broke called the front desk they said OK

Desired outcome: Would like some kind of refund. We were not treated very well. And the resort did not care that we had no air.
