Defective Roush Hood Scoop, not honoring warranty

I purchased a Roush hood scoop from Blue Oval Industries. Had the scoop on for 2 weeks, after a hot day it warped and sagged.
After many emails to Roush and Blue Oval Industries neither would claim responsibility, blameing each other, even though still under warranty. This is a common problem which they are not addressing. They are knowingly selling defective products.

Desired outcome: Refund

This business is horrible! ordered 2 items from their website. I received the wrong items. I immediately contacted them and was told I had to pay return shipping and a restocking fee...for their mistake. In emails through their site as well as PayPal, I was insulted and demeaned. These people have zero professionalism (which I told them) and pure ignorance in the communication I received (which I told them). I have been buying from them for many years and never again! Stay Far Away!
