BLS Spain Visa Application Centre London review: Spain tourist visa appointment cancellation

I have booked any trip to Majorca from 3rd April 2022 to 8th April. Flights and hotels and everything is booked in February 2022. I tried to take appointment at bls spain online, it shoed no slots are available until april. I tried premium tourist visa, still appointments were available by end of march.

I called up their customer serive number to book over the phone, they said on their system they can book a premium tourist visa appointment for 3rd March 2022 (£175 per person). It is a lot of money for a tourist visa but still I agreed as my holidays were booked and non-refundable.

I took off from my work in advance for 3rd March appointment. On 2nd March I received a cancellation appointment email from BLS. Again the same thing, online there was no way to book it so after waiting for 1hour on the phone I got hold of a customer service representative. Not to forget he was rude and he said consulate has decided to cancel nothing he can do. I have no other choice so I requested him to give me give earliest appointment. He gave me 15th March appointment date. Again I took off from work and today I received similar email that it got cancelled. Now I dont know what to do. My holiday was a group booking and if I cancel it will cancel for everyone travelling with me, which I cannot do.
