I have been calling almost every day into Deserve Customer Service about Deserve's dishonest dispute department. I guess there is no one over the dispute department to get back with customers whether their documents were received or not. I had a $1,012 claim with a merchant called 12th tribe. I have written countless times to deserve and countless phone calls to try to get deserve to correct their error and they will not. I have sent in over 50 pages of documentation on my dispute and no one can acknowledge anyone at the dispute team as received it. The customer service department keeps spinning my wheels and say to write them an email, well I do and none of my emails get validated.

12th tribe is a very dishonest company that told me to mail the items back for a refund, which I did right away and in new condition, I paid my own postage and tracking and did everything they asked me to do. 12th tribe NEVER gave me or told me to use a prepaid postage when I contacted them to return items. 12th tribe acknowledged they received the items I mailed back on their website under my order and I have screen shots of emails, texts and live chats acknoweldging they did and they even went as far to say if I closed my claim, they will refund me and I sent those screen shots to deserve as well.

Deserve closed my claim because they said I didn't use their postage paid label. How does that change anything? This merchant told me to track and pay my own postage and I provided the tracking to them and to the dispute department. Also they said that 5% of the items are not refundable because they were accessories. I sent in my receipt and also the listing of the items and NO WHERE does it say it is final sale, that was the first I ever heard that. Lets say that is the case what about the 95% of the other items I returned why can't deserve help me with those.

I have since gone to the merchant I tried to get my refund everyday, because deserve will not correct their error on total and this merchant is saying I got a refund my credit card, which I have not. I call every day practically to deserve and ask for documentation on that this case is not refunded to me and they never follow through with their email or even call this merchant for me. I cry daily over this fraud and dishonest merchant and how deserve dispute and customer service is treating me. This isn't right! Other credit card companies do not treat their customer's like this. Can I email you my documentation to look into? Because who checks on this dispute department treating clients inhumanely.

Desired outcome: Refund my 1012 dolalrs

I have try to log into my account and it says I have been blocked. Please help me to understand why I'm blocked and what I can do to get this corrected.

I too have had received abysmal service from Deserve / BlockFi over a dispute, much like you described. In my case the merchant has undoubtedly acted unethically, and not worthy of my business (or BlockFi's) the way I see it, but Deserve has sided with the merchant.

No responses from my emails, except for the first couple of times saying they sided with the merchant. The email had typos in it as well. Very unprofessional.

I have a perfect credit history, and never had this kind of issue with any credit company in the past decade. It's driving me to cancel my BlockFi card. I cannot in good faith stick with a company that has such an incredibly poor dispute process.
